• Parent and student names, phone numbers, address, and email address
• School name, exam board, and current grades in English and other subjects
• SEND information, including specific learning needs, EHCP details, and any barriers to learning

Most of the personal information we process is provided directly by you for the following reasons:

• To contact you with information about our services and provide you with online links
• To ensure the student receives the appropriate level and grade of tuition based on their needs
• To send the student "Well Done" postcards

We use the information you provide to tailor tuition to meet the student's specific requirements.

This information may be shared with tutors subcontracted to CB Tutor of English or with the admin support team at CB Tutor of English.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases for processing this information are:

Your information is stored securely.

We retain names, addresses, email addresses, and all other relevant details for the duration of the tuition. Once the tuition has concluded, we securely delete your information from all platforms where it is stored.
